I’m a local resident that wanted to replace a tree in my front yard that was cut down. I choose Milburn Tree Farm as they were a business in my town. I met with Marco who was very knowledgeable and professional. We selected a tree and tagged it with my name. We talked about price and installation and Marco stated the owner would call me with the details. Marco actually texted the owner at that time. Two days passed without a call. I called and left a message asking to call me. No call from the owner. As a retired small business owner ,not communicating with a customer is completely unacceptable. Please do better.

If you’re looking for a local, family owned place to pick up some great pumpkins, squash and gourds for thanksgiving this is it!!! Awesome pumpkin patch spot for kids. My little one loved the pumpkin washing station and all the unique decor. Super nice owners, great pumping and cooking squash! We were super excited to bring the kids and to find delicious butternut and acorn squash. They also have humongous gourds - all amazing thanksgiving items both for decor and cooking. So excited to have found this place! Can’t wait to go back :)

I have purchased mulch, with delivery for the last two years. Both times, they were easy to work with, great at communicating the status of delivery, and generally made it easy to do business with them. In addition, the mulch was high quality and delivered exactly when they said it would be. Honest, hard-working people. I look forward to doing business in the future.

Recently purchased 2 face cords of firewood which I was told was mixed hard wood, Bob along with a coworker loaded it in my trailer and pick-up truck. I did not immediately unload the fire wood, when I did, I was very disappointed. Half if not more of a face cord was pine which who in their right mind would sell pine for residential burning? Also had issues with “chunks” of wood the size of bowling balls, “punky” wood and pieces 22” long, too big to fit in a fire place. Needless to say paid top price and was very disappointed and would not recommend. 6/15/2025 After an extensive search, Bob hunted me down to address, IN person my disappointment with the fire wood I purchased. I'm impressed with the effort and greatly appreciate his commitment to make things right . Says a lot about who he is! THANKS
